Last time I play this mission. Fed up with the number of draws this mission produces. Played Delta four times and we drew three. Drawn again here. With only 20 turns and a big map with a multitude of hiding places it's a draw magnet. Once the turns are up who wins should be based on who has the most victory points. What is the point in this game having VPs if they aren't used at the end. Fair and simple solution.
